5. Payments and Invoicing

  • Payment details, milestones, and methods will be discussed individually for each project.

  • Delays in payment may lead to paused work or additional fees.

  • All standard rates are quoted in INR (₹) unless otherwise specified.

6. Revisions and Deliverables

  • Each project includes a fixed number of revisions as specified in the proposal.

  • Additional revisions or concept changes may incur extra charges.

  • Deliverables will include final artwork in standard formats (AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG). Editable source files are shared upon request.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • If a client cancels a project midway, payments for completed work are non-refundable.

  • The designer reserves the right to cancel a project due to non-communication, delayed payments, or inappropriate behavior.

  • In such cases, any unused advance may be refunded at the designer’s discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure quality work, Sayali Kale Design will not be held responsible for:

  • Losses or damages arising from use of design materials.

  • Errors resulting from external printing or third-party alterations.

  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., client delays, print house timelines).

This website may link to external platforms such as Behance, Instagram, or LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or content of these external sites.

10. Updates to Terms
